  • Will you keep my credit card information on file?
    No, we do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, and we prioritise your privacy and security.
  • How long does it take for me to receive my order?
    Once your order is placed, ready-made items will be dispatched within 7 working days, typically on the last working day of the week (Friday). For made-to-order items, please allow up to 14 days, as these are created specifically for your order. Please note that if your item requires specific fabrics or customisation, it may take additional time. However, for bulk orders, the processing time may be slightly longer. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to discuss the updated timeline.
  • How do I create an account?
    Simply go to “My Account” at the top of the page and enter your details. You can also edit your information and reset your password from this page at any time.
  • How do I change my shipping address?
    If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately via email or through the “Contact Us” page. Orders are processed quickly, so changes must be made before shipment. Once the item has been shipped, we cannot make any changes, and we are not liable for any lost or undelivered items.
  • How do I track the status of my order?
    To track your order, please contact us via email or the “Contact Us” page. Be sure to include your name, order number, shipping address, and the date of your order to help us assist you quickly.
  • Do you charge sales VAT?
    No, clothing and footwear for young children are exempt from VAT. Currently, there are no VAT charges on any Little Huggins products. However, other items may be subject to VAT depending on local regulations.
  • Do you ship to my country?
    For information on international shipping, please refer to the “Shipping” section of our website, where you will find details on available shipping destinations and rates. Please note that shipping times and fees may vary depending on the import and export regulations of your country. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Will my items come in one package?
    Whenever possible, we strive to send all items in a single package to reduce waste. However, in some cases, items may be shipped separately, especially if your order includes a mix of ready-made and made-to-order products or if stock availability requires separate shipments.
  • What is the returns policy?
    We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. However, this is highly unlikely, as all products are carefully checked and photographed before shipping. Since each item is handmade, we encourage you to carefully review the product description and checklist before purchasing. If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to contact us via email or the "Contact Us" page, and we will be happy to assist you.
  • I received the wrong item?
    While we thoroughly check all orders before shipping, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you believe you have received the wrong item, please first compare your order confirmation with the item you received. If the items do not match, contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for errors in orders placed due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
  • My order arrived damage?
    We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away with clear photos showing the damage and a description of the issue. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action to resolve it.
  • How do I receive customer support?
    For customer support, you can either email us directly or use the "Contact Us" form on our website. Please include your full name, order number, and a detailed description of your issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
  • What do I do if I enter the incorrect shipping address?
    If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please update your details in your account as soon as possible. If you have already placed your order, contact us within 12 hours, and we'll do our best to update the address before shipment.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after I have submitted it?
    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We process orders quickly, so prompt communication is essential. Changes or cancellations requested after this period may not be possible once the order is in progress.
  • Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
    For certain items, pre-orders are available, though this is not always possible, especially for limited edition products where fabric availability may be restricted. Please reach out to us via email or the "Contact Us" page to inquire about pre-ordering. Keep in mind that pre-orders are considered custom-made items, and therefore, they cannot be returned once shipped.
